Payroll Associate

Responsibilities

• Administer payroll activities across EMEA and APAC locations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to payroll calendars
• Collect, review, and validate payroll inputs including compensation updates, benefits deductions, and employee changes
• Partner with local payroll providers and vendors to ensure timely and accurate payroll execution
• Review payroll reports and reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies prior to submission
• Support year-end activities, including statutory filings, tax documentation, and employee reporting
• Investigate and resolve payroll inquiries from employees in a professional and timely manner
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Benefits teams to ensure process alignment
• Maintain payroll documentation and support internal and external audit requests
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and participate in system enhancements

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in payroll, HR operations, or finance
• Experience in a multinational environment with exposure to international payroll processing preferred
• Strong knowledge of payroll fundamentals, controls, and compliance practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, specifically for data analysis and reconciliation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Bachelor's degree preferred
