About the role
Responsibilities
- Administer payroll activities across EMEA and APAC locations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to payroll calendars
- Collect, review, and validate payroll inputs including compensation updates, benefits deductions, and employee changes
- Partner with local payroll providers and vendors to ensure timely and accurate payroll execution
- Review payroll reports and reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies prior to submission
- Support year-end activities, including statutory filings, tax documentation, and employee reporting
- Investigate and resolve payroll inquiries from employees in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Benefits teams to ensure process alignment
- Maintain payroll documentation and support internal and external audit requests
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and participate in system enhancements
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in payroll, HR operations, or finance
- Experience in a multinational environment with exposure to international payroll processing preferred
- Strong knowledge of payroll fundamentals, controls, and compliance practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, specifically for data analysis and reconciliation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Bachelor's degree preferred
