About the role
Responsibilities
- Calculate weekly, biweekly, and monthly payroll
- Manage the stamping (timbrado) and distribution of payroll receipts
- Control personnel incidents including attendance, vacations, and medical leaves
- Calculate settlements, liquidations, PTU, vacations, and SDI
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processes and personnel administration
- Experience in billing and collections
- Strong knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT)
- Proficiency in calculating settlements and liquidations
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience using SAP software
