About the role

Responsibilities

  • Calculate weekly, biweekly, and monthly payroll
  • Manage the stamping (timbrado) and distribution of payroll receipts
  • Control personnel incidents including attendance, vacations, and medical leaves
  • Calculate settlements, liquidations, PTU, vacations, and SDI

Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting, Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processes and personnel administration
  • Experience in billing and collections
  • Strong knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT)
  • Proficiency in calculating settlements and liquidations
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience using SAP software
