About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage salary administration by gathering, verifying, and inputting fixed and variable payroll information
- Prepare and control necessary payroll documents, including annual withholding taxes and salary certificates
- Handle HR administration tasks such as work permit requests, renewals, and family allowance monitoring
- Provide time management support, including clocking corrections and shift schedule monitoring
- Lead administrative onboarding for new employees, explaining HR packs, taxes, and social insurance
- Support employees and managers with inquiries regarding payslips, taxation, and HR digital tools
- Maintain and check all employee-related information within Workday
Requirements
- Swiss HR certificate (required)
- Fluency in German and English
- Proven experience in salary administration and HR administration
- Proficiency with Workday
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a changing environment
- High degree of sensitivity to confidentiality and data protection
