About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage salary administration by gathering, verifying, and inputting fixed and variable payroll information
  • Prepare and control necessary payroll documents, including annual withholding taxes and salary certificates
  • Handle HR administration tasks such as work permit requests, renewals, and family allowance monitoring
  • Provide time management support, including clocking corrections and shift schedule monitoring
  • Lead administrative onboarding for new employees, explaining HR packs, taxes, and social insurance
  • Support employees and managers with inquiries regarding payslips, taxation, and HR digital tools
  • Maintain and check all employee-related information within Workday

Requirements

  • Swiss HR certificate (required)
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Proven experience in salary administration and HR administration
  • Proficiency with Workday
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a changing environment
  • High degree of sensitivity to confidentiality and data protection
