About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage payroll for a portfolio of employees, from collecting variable elements to final control and closing
  • Ensure accuracy of payslips by collecting, controlling, and entering variable data
  • Verify calculations related to bonuses, absences, working time, final settlements, and social contributions
  • Perform and validate social declarations (DSN) and manage exchanges with social organizations
  • Handle administrative employee tracking from hiring to departure
  • Coordinate with stores and internal services to ensure reliable payroll and time management data
  • Contribute to continuous improvement actions and payroll-related projects

Requirements

  • Bac+2 level education
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of Pléiades software is a plus
  • Strong sense of confidentiality and rigor
  • Ability to work in a team and interact with multiple stakeholders
