About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage payroll for a portfolio of employees, from collecting variable elements to final control and closing
- Ensure accuracy of payslips by collecting, controlling, and entering variable data
- Verify calculations related to bonuses, absences, working time, final settlements, and social contributions
- Perform and validate social declarations (DSN) and manage exchanges with social organizations
- Handle administrative employee tracking from hiring to departure
- Coordinate with stores and internal services to ensure reliable payroll and time management data
- Contribute to continuous improvement actions and payroll-related projects
Requirements
- Bac+2 level education
- 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of Pléiades software is a plus
- Strong sense of confidentiality and rigor
- Ability to work in a team and interact with multiple stakeholders
