Payroll and HR Analyst

Responsibilities

• Execute payroll processes for assigned countries, including validating calculations, incidents, and timely payments
• Resolve medium to high complexity employee inquiries via ticketing systems, ensuring timely updates and minimal escalations
• Proactively monitor and manage pending tickets to ensure compliance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Provide multi-channel support to employees and managers via telephone and email using knowledge management tools
• Coordinate with HR providers, stakeholders, and Centers of Excellence to escalate and resolve complex requests
• Administer various HR processes including time and attendance, benefits, pensions, training, and organizational data quality

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll management (experience with other American countries is a plus)
• Solid knowledge of HR process administration
• University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Intermediate or advanced English proficiency with conversational skills
• Ability to work in a hybrid model (3 days in office at Tecnoparque CDMX, 2 days remote)
• Proactive profile with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working within HR Shared Services or Regional Hub environments
