About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage employee entries and exits including DPAE, insurance affiliations, and trial periods
  • Draft and monitor employment contracts, amendments, and HR correspondence
  • Control and secure the use of fixed-term contracts and temporary staff
  • Collect, control, and transmit variable payroll elements to the Shared Services Center (CSP)
  • Perform in-depth payroll audits and ensure compliance with social regulations and collective agreements
  • Analyze payroll anomalies and implement corrective actions
  • Monitor absences, leave, and working time via dedicated tools
  • Develop and analyze HR indicators such as absenteeism, headcount, and payroll mass
  • Participate in HR projects and the evolution of tools and processes

Requirements

  • Higher education in Human Resources, Payroll Management, or Social Law (Bac +3 to Bac +5)
  • At least 5 years of significant experience in payroll and personnel administration
  • Strong technical expertise in payroll and social regulations
  • Knowledge of HCR (Hotel, Café, Restaurant) and Casino collective agreements
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis)
  • Ability to work transversally with HR teams, operational managers, and Shared Services
  • Rigor, organizational skills, discretion, and reliability
