About the role
Responsibilities
- Guarantee the entry of variable payroll elements including hours, advances, seizures, and absences
- Manage client billing to ensure service quality
- Act as the administrative and legal relay for the agency regarding payroll rules
- Coordinate and support a team of 5 operational management officers
- Manage unforeseen events and maintain versatility in daily operations
Requirements
- Previous experience in management
- Strong affinity for numbers and logical reasoning
- High level of precision and rigor
- Ability to work in a cooperative and supportive environment
