- Professional degree in Public Accounting or currently studying from the 7th semester onwards
- Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll processes and accounting records
- Knowledge of current labor and tax legislation
- Experience calculating remunerations, social benefits, withholdings, and contributions
- Proficiency in payroll software and accounting ERP (preferably SIIGO and SAP)
- Advanced Excel skills
