About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll processes
- Issue and manage payroll reporting
- Oversee post-payroll processes including accounting, social security, and taxes
- Manage, control, and reconcile CFDI (mandatory)
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Human Resources, Labor Relations, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of verifiable experience in similar payroll positions
- Strong knowledge of social security regulations
- Solid experience using payroll management tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SAP
- Advanced English language proficiency
