About the role
Responsibilities
- Produce payroll payments using the payroll management system in a timely manner in accordance with company policies and regulatory laws
- Process employee leave to ensure accurate accountability of payroll exceptions
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee questions professionally
- Alert management regarding discovered noncompliance or data quality issues
- Organize and archive payroll documentation in accordance with company and regulatory guidelines
Requirements
- Advanced level of French and English
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in HR or similar roles
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Customer-oriented approach and ability to work well in a team
