Payroll Analyst

Responsibilities

• Produce payroll payments using the payroll management system in a timely manner in accordance with company policies and regulatory laws
• Process employee leave to ensure accurate accountability of payroll exceptions
• Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee questions professionally
• Alert management regarding discovered noncompliance or data quality issues
• Organize and archive payroll documentation in accordance with company and regulatory guidelines

Requirements

• Advanced level of French and English
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in HR or similar roles
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Customer-oriented approach and ability to work well in a team
