Payroll Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage the payroll function within a shared services model, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial policies
• Lead and manage payroll staff, including planning work, appraising performance, and guiding professional development
• Achieve defined performance levels as agreed in Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Manage day-to-day relationships with payroll service providers
• Maintain all statutory reporting relating to payroll and manage organizational structure for payroll codings to General Ledger Financials
• Produce and maintain payroll procedures and participate in project work for new processes
• Provide support to internal customers regarding legislation and policy changes

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 6-10 years of International Payroll experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong analytical and numeracy skills
• Ability to work in shifts as appropriate to the regions or countries being managed
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple work requirements to meet deadlines
