Payroll Analyst III

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end U.S. multi-state payroll for a large employee population
• Manage gross-to-net calculations, tax filings, payments, and garnishments
• Utilize ADP GlobalView for payroll processing and ADP Workforce Manager for timekeeping
• Handle complex payroll activities including terminations, adjustments, and tax amendments
• Serve as a key point of contact for payroll inquiries from employees and managers
• Partner cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and external vendors
• Support ongoing system updates, integrations, and process improvements

Requirements

• 5+ years of U.S. payroll experience, including multi-state expertise
• Hands-on experience with ADP (GlobalView strongly preferred) and ADP Workforce Manager
• Strong understanding of payroll tax regulations, filings, and compliance
• Advanced Excel skills and strong technical proficiency
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Experience handling garnishments, terminations, and payroll adjustments

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Accounting, or a related field
• Experience working within large, complex organizations or scaling teams
• Exposure to system integrations or payroll transitions
