Payroll Analyst

Responsibilities

• Monitor payroll files and ensure all inputs are complete and accurate before cut-offs
• Audit and correct employee data including payment methods, national identifiers, and salary details in Oracle
• Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies such as negative net pay or missing payments
• Manage time and attendance by investigating timecard errors and validating elements via SAM tools
• Oversee work pattern and absence management, including correcting schedules and sickness hours
• Update employee bank details and investigate payment-related errors
• Respond to employee payroll queries and support payroll-related projects
• Perform pre-payroll validation checks and identify opportunities for process improvement

Requirements

• B.Com or B.Sc in Computer Science
• 2+ years of experience in HR Analytics
• Experience with HRIS tools
• Advanced Excel skills
• Ability to understand and query data
