About the role
Responsibilities
- Enter new employee information into Workday and Ascender accurately and on time
- Process employee job changes and terminations across payroll systems
- Respond to payroll enquiries through the shared inbox professionally
- Extract employee payslips from Ascender ESS when required
- Maintain accurate employee records with high discretion
- Work in line with SGS policies, procedures, safety standards, and Code of Integrity
Requirements
- Previous administration experience in payroll, HR, or high-volume data entry
- Highly organised and efficient with sensitive information
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate Excel skills
