About the role

Responsibilities

  • Enter new employee information into Workday and Ascender accurately and on time
  • Process employee job changes and terminations across payroll systems
  • Respond to payroll enquiries through the shared inbox professionally
  • Extract employee payslips from Ascender ESS when required
  • Maintain accurate employee records with high discretion
  • Work in line with SGS policies, procedures, safety standards, and Code of Integrity

Requirements

  • Previous administration experience in payroll, HR, or high-volume data entry
  • Highly organised and efficient with sensitive information
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Intermediate Excel skills
