About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing and HR administrative functions
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies and Indonesian statutory regulations
- Validate Time & Attendance (T&A) data across multiple regions
- Maintain accurate employee records and support the full employee lifecycle
- Handle statutory reporting, including BPJS and tax requirements
- Support payroll audits and ensure proper financial controls and audit readiness
- Collaborate closely with HR and Finance departments to maintain payroll governance
Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in payroll or HR administration
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian payroll regulations and tax laws
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HRIS/payroll systems
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
