About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing and HR administrative functions
  • Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies and Indonesian statutory regulations
  • Validate Time & Attendance (T&A) data across multiple regions
  • Maintain accurate employee records and support the full employee lifecycle
  • Handle statutory reporting, including BPJS and tax requirements
  • Support payroll audits and ensure proper financial controls and audit readiness
  • Collaborate closely with HR and Finance departments to maintain payroll governance

Requirements

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in payroll or HR administration
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian payroll regulations and tax laws
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HRIS/payroll systems
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
