Payroll Accountant II

Responsibilities

• Review and process bi-weekly payroll for salaried and hourly employees
• Validate and reconcile payroll data for accurate payments and reporting
• Assist with 401K, HSA, ESOP, and Stock Based Compensation contributions
• Process manual checks for terminations and adjustments
• Reconcile payroll, benefits, and tax general ledger accounts
• Coordinate with People & Culture, IT, and Finance departments
• Support month-end close activities including journal entries and reporting

Requirements

• 2+ years of payroll accounting experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis
• Experience with payroll and reconciliation
• U.S. citizenship required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with stock or equity related compensation
• Experience with Deltek CostPoint or similar ERP systems
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now and ADP Workforce Manager
