About the role
Responsibilities
- Process and maintain ship's payroll records and salary wages
- Ensure effective processing of Hotel and Beverage Service Charges through the Payroll System
- Serve as the Onboard Brightwell Representative for program implementation and maintenance
- Oversee the Time and Attendance System
- Maintain a daily cash float to replenish Float Holders and process Global Foreign Currency
- Safeguard financial controls established by the organization
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support guest expectations and service levels
Requirements
- Experience in payroll processing and maintenance
- Ability to manage cash floats and foreign currency
- Experience with time and attendance systems
- Understanding of financial controls and safeguarding procedures
