Payroll Accountant

Responsibilities

• Full cycle payroll accounting and calculation for a staff of over 4,500 employees
• Analysis of timesheets and verification of absences
• Calculation of primary documents including vacation pay, sick leave, and vacation compensation
• Management of PFU processes, including sick leave payment applications and control
• Preparation of reporting for the State Tax Service, State Statistics Service, and enforcement services
• Processing advances and salary payments via client-bank
• Monitoring accounting accounts 66, 651, 6853, 641, 642, 378, 654, 471, 477
• Managing settlements with accountable persons

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in payroll and expense report accounting for companies with 1,000+ employees
• Degree in economics, finance, or accounting
• Proficiency in 1C, Excel, and Medok
• Deep knowledge of payroll principles and labor law
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
