Payor Contracting & Partnerships Senior Analyst

Responsibilities

• Model payor position in each market accounting for revenue, utilization, and provider type
• Produce white papers and PPT presentations to present payor relativity and value propositions
• Map out negotiation strategies for each deal and manage contract reviews through to signature
• Maintain detailed communication logs in Salesforce and track contract renewals
• Utilize Asana for project management and deal prioritization
• Review chargemasters to ensure charges align with contracted rates

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in an external-facing role with strong interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in payor contracting (direct or supporting role)
• Expertise in detailed data analysis, modeling, and data collection
• High proficiency in developing PowerPoint presentations
• Strong project management skills and ability to meet multiple deadlines
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Asana, and Microsoft Excel

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Payor Network Management
• Experience developing strategic proposals and presentations
