Payments Sales Manager - Broker Dealers & Market Structure - Executive Director

Responsibilities

• Drive sales for the entire Payments product suite, including treasury services, core cash management, liquidity management, and FX solutions.
• Execute client strategies to achieve new business objectives, expand market share, and increase share of wallet within the North America Broker Dealers and Market Structure segments.
• Partner with domestic and overseas coverage, product, compliance, and risk teams to identify and deliver sophisticated treasury solutions.
• Conduct comprehensive client analysis to identify strategic opportunities and address specific client needs.
• Manage the end-to-end sales process, including negotiating documentation, pricing updates, RFPs, and supervising implementation.
• Engage with senior-level clients to provide integrated, consultative treasury solutions and strategic dialogues.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience selling cash and liquidity management products.
• In-depth knowledge of treasury and payments products, including foreign exchange and liquidity management.
• Proven experience working with broker dealers, market makers, and exchanges.
• Strong understanding of AML/KYC risk and control processes within a regulatory environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex account planning and execute sales strategies globally.
• Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
