Responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound calls to hotels and travel vendors on behalf of travelers
• Contact hotels to obtain folios, receipts, and other required documentation
• Follow up with travelers and travel administrators to collect updated payment information
• Create and distribute pre-authorization forms, including prepaid payment forms and virtual credit cards
• Coordinate directly with hotels to resolve payment issues and assist with credit card reversals
• Maintain accurate records and provide timely updates to ensure a seamless traveler experience

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to listen, empathize, and build rapport
• Comfortable receiving coaching and feedback in a performance-driven environment
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced setting
• Proficient with Windows-based applications
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous travel industry experience
• Spanish-language proficiency
