Payments Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery processes for the payments direction to enhance user experience
• Manage the full cycle of third-party provider integrations
• Analyze current payment method efficiency and identify conversion bottlenecks
• Initiate and validate the integration of new partner solutions through A/B testing (Approval Rates, ROI)
• Conduct independent product discovery by scanning competitors and global market benchmarks
• Manage full-cycle hypothesis validation: design, development, testing, and analytics
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Analytics, Finance, and Marketing teams
• Manage proprietary fraud monitoring systems to detect and react to incidents

Requirements

• Middle+/Senior level experience in IT Product Management
• Proven track record of successful project delivery under high uncertainty
• Experience directly impacting product and financial metrics (Approval Rates, Conversions, LTV, ROI)
• Ability to calculate unit economics
• Experience conducting complex market and competitor research
• Strong, structured communication skills backed by data and facts

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the Payments or FinTech domain
• Experience within the SKELAR or Genesis ecosystem
