Payments Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage current and future card programs
• Conduct detailed financial reviews of current products to improve customer experience and bottom-line performance
• Benchmark products against competition regarding features, pricing, and experience
• Identify and implement new products or improvements to close product line gaps
• Partner with Marketing to develop customer lifecycle platforms and product marketing plans
• Collaborate with Store Operations and Customer Financial Solutions teams
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts
• Develop and maintain a strategic product roadmap
• Prioritize requirements for new products based on market and customer needs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, or Computer Science preferred
• 5+ years of experience in payment products, product development, or financial services
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills
• Ability to work with ambiguity and shifting priorities
• Proven ability to leverage analytics and consumer knowledge
