Payments Operations Lead

Responsibilities

• Own payments operations including transaction health, exceptions, and reconciliation status
• Scale operations through automation by replacing manual workarounds with AI-enabled workflows
• Strengthen controls and visibility by building trusted reporting and dashboards
• Drive cross-functional success with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Treasury teams
• Support regional growth by defining future team structures and operating models for LATAM

Requirements

• 5+ years in fintech, banking, payment operations, or treasury/infrastructure roles
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
• Strong understanding of payment flows, reconciliations, and risk controls
• Practical experience using AI, dashboards, or scripting to improve efficiency
• Proven track record of scaling operations after product launch

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to LATAM payments or B2B SaaS
• Experience with blockchain or decentralized payments
• Experience building control frameworks and executive-ready reporting
