Responsibilities

• Optimize payment success rates through monitoring, analysis, and technical optimization of processing logic
• Collaborate with analytical and technical teams to test new payment settings to maximize conversion
• Monitor and improve key financial and operational risk metrics
• Ensure continuous compliance with bank, payment system, and legislative requirements
• Analyze and optimize commercial terms with partners to reduce processing costs

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in payments, billing, business analytics, corporate finance, audit, consulting, or investments
• Highly developed analytical skills
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to synthesize data into actionable decisions
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Specialized experience in payment processing or acquiring (online payments)
