Payments - Kinexys Product Sales and Solutioning - Analyst

Responsibilities

• Drive new business development and manage client relationships to grow the product P&L
• Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services
• Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and product development teams to deliver tailored solutions
• Create compelling value propositions, prepare sales materials, and assist in RFPs and client presentations
• Prepare regular reports on client activities, market trends, and business development efforts

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of working experience in the banking or fintech industry
• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
• Extensive knowledge of payments and transactional foreign exchange (FX) products and client use cases
• Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and client-facing skills
• Ability to develop collaborative relationships with internal partners including sales, product development, and bankers
• Detail-oriented with a proven ability to execute tasks and drive results

Preferred Qualifications

• Mandarin speaking skills are preferred due to extensive engagement with Mandarin-speaking clients
