Payments & Fraud Associate

Responsibilities

• Support and resolve user inquiries via email and chat to deliver outstanding customer service
• Review and approve player deposits and withdrawal requests
• Monitor accounts for potential irregularities and conduct basic fraud investigations and due diligence
• Capture user insights and trends to inform product, marketing, and operations enhancements
• Monitor for critical site issues and escalate to appropriate channels for speedy resolution
• Resolve inquiries regarding sporting rules, account billing, and mobile application technical assistance

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a customer-focused role or 1+ years of experience in payments or fraud
• Experience with payment providers such as PayPal, online banking, or card processing
• Experience working with customer support tools like Intercom
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays to support high-volume sports schedules
• Must be based in Miami, FL or willing to relocate to the Miami HQ

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of online gaming fraud, payments, and sportsbook tools or systems
• Ability to make data-driven decisions to improve customer communication performance
• A lifelong, passionate sports fan with a deep understanding of fan engagement
