Payments FIG Sales Junior Associate

Responsibilities

• Support the Sales team by preparing pitch materials, client research, and industry analysis.
• Prepare client account plans, briefing memos, and portfolio management reporting.
• Review and analyze transactional data to identify trends, risks, and pricing inefficiencies.
• Assist in managing the end-to-end sales cycle, including pricing and fee billing setup.
• Conduct research on existing and prospective client portfolios to identify growth opportunities.
• Support due diligence processes to ensure robust Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to align with client objectives and firm-wide interests.

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure within tight timeframes.
• Ability to mobilize internal networks and resources effectively.
• Aspire to develop the technical and sales skills necessary to transition into a full Sales role.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Previous client-facing experience within the financial services sector.
• Proficiency in Nordic languages.
