Payments Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop new business by actively identifying new partners for existing markets
• Drive the development of new markets
• Manage the full sales process from lead generation and negotiation to signed agreements and handover to the configuration team
• Maintain a deep understanding of payment solutions and their specific features
• Conduct competitive analysis and gather market intelligence to identify growth opportunities
• Attend industry events, exhibitions, and conferences

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the payments industry within business development or sales roles
• Exceptional negotiation and communication skills
• Strategic thinking with the ability to identify and pursue growth opportunities
• Fluency in written and oral English
• Willingness to travel as needed
• Result-driven, energetic, and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience working with payments specifically in iGaming or at a PSP
• A strong existing network within the payments industry
• Knowledge of the Russian language
