About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide ongoing maintenance and technical support for ATM Switch and Card Management Systems (CMS).
  • Participate in all SDLC phases to create and implement new ATM and Card services.
  • Collaborate with Business and Operations departments for requirements gathering, gap analysis, and BRD reviews.
  • Coordinate with vendors to deploy, implement, and test new services.
  • Perform System Integration Testing (SIT) and support QC/QA teams with test plans and simulations.
  • Test the integration of ATM Switch and CMS interfaces and APIs with internal and external parties, including local and international schemes.
  • Monitor payment systems and participate in release management activities.
  • Troubleshoot and investigate production issues, following up with vendors for resolution.
  • Provide technical support for ATM machines and surrounding systems, including Aptra Vision and Proview.
  • Offer 1st and 2nd level technical support to internal colleagues and departments.
  • Assist with documentation, training, and handover processes for operations departments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, CIS, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduate or up to one year of experience in the IT field.
  • Good knowledge of Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and database design.
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as C, C++, Java, JavaScript, C#, or HTML.
  • Knowledge of Web services and API deployment/testing (REST, SOAP).
  • Basic knowledge of operating systems including Windows, Unix, and Linux.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Good command of the English language.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Sound knowledge of Fintech, ATM Switch, Routing, Card Management, and ATM hardware.
