Payment Solutions Advisor

Responsibilities

• Verify prices, volumes, and legal requirements of incoming hydrocarbon invoices against corporate SAP records and contractual agreements
• Post invoices accurately in SAP and arrange settlements according to contractually designated due dates
• Resolve issues related to incoming invoices through written and verbal English communication with counterparty back-office departments
• Troubleshoot invoice discrepancies by collaborating with internal departments including trading, scheduling, volumetric accounting, payables, and tax
• Provide detailed explanations and input regarding late payments to ensure accurate monthly metrics reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Advanced level of English proficiency (written and verbal)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office package
• Experience or knowledge using SAP systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in accounts payable or within a Source-to-Pay value chain
• Experience working within trading or energy sector operations
