Payment Product Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Audit USD/CAD payment routes to identify manual friction and build automation to eliminate it
• Act as the strategic connective tissue between Product, Engineering, and Operations teams
• Lead high-impact projects from initial scoping and data analysis to final rollout
• Use SQL and LightDash to define, track, and improve key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Serve as the North American subject matter expert for complex payment incidents and regulatory shifts
• Establish SLAs and KPIs for new product features to ensure quality at scale
• Mentor Senior Specialists to elevate the team's project delivery and execution capabilities

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Product Operations, Business Operations, or Process Optimization
• Proven experience working within high-growth tech environments
• Proficiency in SQL and LightDash for data-driven decision making
• Strong track record of taking initiatives from vague ideas to successful launches
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical constraints for business stakeholders
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and make decisions with incomplete information

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of North American payment rails (e.g., FedWire, FedACH, FedNow, or RTP)
