Payment Owner

Responsibilities

• Select, evaluate, and recommend suitable Payment Service Providers (PSPs) for the GC region based on data and actual operational performance
• Conduct systematic analysis of existing PSPs including success rates, failure reasons, processing time, cost structure, and risk indicators
• Assess real payment needs of the GC region by considering business scale and client behavior to propose optimization solutions
• Work closely with PSPs, Payment Operations, Finance, and Customer Support teams to improve payment channels
• Assist in establishing PSP evaluation standards, key metrics, and governance frameworks
• Follow up on payment-related issues, exceptions, and optimization initiatives within the GC region

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, Financial Engineering, or Information Systems
• 2–3+ years of experience in payments, fintech, or related fields
• Hands-on exposure to PSP management, payment operations, or payment channel analysis
• Strong data analysis and logical reasoning skills
• High sensitivity to key payment metrics such as success rates, costs, and risks
• Strong ownership mindset
• Fluent in spoken and written Chinese
• Basic professional communication in English
