Payment Optimisation Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage internal and external systems and onboard new PSPs into the platform
• Maintain communication between technical departments and clients regarding service tickets
• Focus on continuous improvement of systems and tools for platform performance
• Monitor PSP performance and diagnose problems
• Be available on-call outside regular business hours to resolve urgent payment issues
• Work alongside Payment Product and Payment Operations teams
• Send reports to team leaders and managers as required

Requirements

• Fluent English (C1-C2)
• 1 year of work experience with Payment Products and/or Optimisation
• Knowledge of core payment processing and risk tools (paymentiq, threatmetrix, Fraudscore)
• Excellent command of MS Excel and Google Sheets
• Strong online communication and computer handling skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively

Preferred Qualifications

• Work experience in iGaming
• Knowledge of SQL
• Knowledge of CSS
