Payment Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Execute timely and accurate processing of incoming and outgoing payments
• Perform daily, monthly, and yearly reconciliations of payment transactions
• Ensure compliance with AML and KYC regulations and implement internal controls
• Liaise with banks, payment processors, and financial institutions to resolve issues
• Generate reports on transaction volumes, processing times, and error rates
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance automation
• Provide solutions to customers regarding payment inquiries and disputes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• Prior experience in payment operations within Forex/Trading or financial services
• Understanding of SWIFT, IBAN, and international payment protocols
• Proficiency in financial software and reconciliation tools
• Knowledge of AML and PSP regulatory requirements
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is compulsory
• Ability to work rotational shifts including weekends and public holidays
