Responsibilities
- Resolve payment issues for dealers and sellers quickly
- Monitor the end-to-end payment process for accuracy, security, and timeliness
- Manage payment support tickets and respond to queries professionally
- Process work orders, approve payments, and track transactions
- Assist with payment security and compliance
- Create reports on payment journeys and processes to support decision-making
Requirements
