Payment Methods Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution and optimization of the Group's payment methods ecosystem through strategic management of promotions and commercial alliances.
• Define the annual payment methods strategy aligned with sales, traffic, and margin objectives.
• Negotiate commercial conditions (MDR, fees, rebates, subsidies, SLAs) with banks, acquirers, wallets, fintechs, and voucher operators.
• Design the roadmap for emerging payment methods such as BNPL, digital wallets, and CoDi/SPEI.
• Coordinate the correct parameterization of promotions in POS and digital channels to ensure error-free execution.
• Monitor key performance indicators including sales, penetration, average ticket, and conversion rates.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as PCI and payment security protocols.
• Collaborate with IT, Operations, and Finance to implement innovative financial products and payment solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Administration, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in payment method portfolio management, including commercial strategies and promotions (MSI, cashback, etc.).
• 5 years of experience negotiating with banks, fintechs, and payment operators.
• 5 years of experience implementing payment solutions across physical stores and digital channels.
• 5 years of experience in commercial performance analysis and data-driven decision-making.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to transform data into commercial strategies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance or Business.
• Expertise in commercial finance and budget administration.
• Advanced skills in data visualization and presentation.
