Payment Lifecycle Associate I

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily payment operations, including reconciliation, repair processes, and issue management.
• Lead the onboarding of new payment activities, products, and clients through cross-functional collaboration.
• Partner with Technology and Product teams to resolve issues and drive continuous process improvements.
• Provide operational support to maintain the stability, scalability, and performance of payment products.
• Utilize data analytics and reporting to ensure optimal performance and uphold strong operational controls.
• Manage end-to-end operational support, including escalations and remediation in partnership with internal teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Payments Operations, specifically regarding Reconciliation and Repair processes.
• In-depth knowledge of SWIFT messaging and workflows.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for analyzing large datasets.
• Exceptional analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate across organizational boundaries.
• Ability to work 24x7 rotational shifts, including weekends and off-hours (EMEA or US hours).
• This position is fully onsite in Mumbai.
