Responsibilities
- Define and execute the vision for payment analytics to improve success rates and conversions
- Analyze payment data using SQL and create dashboards with Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker
- Implement strategies to reduce payment declines and recover failed transactions
- Lead chargeback mitigation efforts by analyzing trends and implementing automated triggers
- Develop detection logic to identify bonus abuse, multi-accounting, and synthetic identities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build risk-scoring models
Requirements
- Strong SQL skills
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker)
- Proven experience in the gambling industry, specifically in payments and fraud analytics
- Player-Coach mindset with ability to manage teams while remaining hands-on
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Python skills for advanced analytics and modeling
