About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the administration and operational control of digital wallets, corporate prepaid cards, and government-linked payment platforms.
- Oversee financial transactions related to government services, including visas, permits, licenses, and regulatory fees.
- Monitor wallet balances, execute fund allocations, and ensure accurate reconciliation of all transactions.
- Initiate Purchase Requisitions (PR) and manage the full invoice processing lifecycle for operational expenses.
- Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies, failed transactions, and refund processes with service providers.
- Ensure compliance with internal governance standards, tax regulations (VAT), and applicable government laws.
- Prepare periodic MIS reports and documentation to support financial tracking and audit requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 5 years of related business experience specifically handling Government relations.
- Strong understanding of laws, regulations, and industry norms.
- Proficiency in documentation, reporting, and financial reconciliation.
- Excellent communication and public relations skills.
