About the role

Responsibilities

  • Identify and interpret customer needs regarding payment statuses, policy values, and product structures
  • Navigate multiple technology systems including CRM, Salesforce, Five9, and mainframes
  • Process payment-related transactions such as inbound payments and disbursements for life and annuity policies
  • Educate agents and policyholders on product options and self-service technology
  • Maintain accurate policy notations and submit work items for transaction servicing

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional customer interaction experience
  • Ability to perform arithmetic, ratios, rates, and percentages
  • Basic ability to read and interpret complex information
  • Proficiency with MS Office and web-based research

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate degree or higher
