About the role
Responsibilities
- Identify and interpret customer needs regarding payment statuses, policy values, and product structures
- Navigate multiple technology systems including CRM, Salesforce, Five9, and mainframes
- Process payment-related transactions such as inbound payments and disbursements for life and annuity policies
- Educate agents and policyholders on product options and self-service technology
- Maintain accurate policy notations and submit work items for transaction servicing
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional customer interaction experience
- Ability to perform arithmetic, ratios, rates, and percentages
- Basic ability to read and interpret complex information
- Proficiency with MS Office and web-based research
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher
