Payment Cash Specialist P&R

Responsibilities

• Process payment repairs for incorrectly formatted messages to ensure best execution for clients
• Ensure payments are processed accurately and timely, resolving any delays quickly and efficiently
• Handle a wide variety of transaction types in a fast-paced and changing environment
• Partner with internal stakeholders to provide best-in-class service and drive process enhancement initiatives
• Resolve client inquiries using superior communication and interpersonal skills

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in a banking or payments role
• Expertise in payment operations, including wire transfers, foreign exchange, and USD payment investigations
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality results for clients
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge of payment systems such as SWIFT, Fedwire, or CHIPS
