Payment Analyst

Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor daily client deposit and withdrawal operations
• Handle payment exceptions, failed transactions, and escalated cases
• Participate in a 24/7 shift-based duty roster
• Track and analyze payment-related costs including transaction fees and FX losses
• Monitor PSP performance metrics such as success rates and processing times
• Use Excel for data cleaning, reconciliation, and reporting
• Build and maintain dashboards using Power BI or Metabase
• Support the optimization of payment processes and SOPs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Data Science, Information Systems, or Engineering
• 3+ years of experience in Payment Operations or related roles
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and complex formulas
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving capabilities
• Experience with Power BI, Metabase, or other BI tools
• Ability to work in a 24/7 shift environment
• Proficiency in Mandarin
• Experience in FX, CFD, or FinTech environments is a plus
