Paymaster

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately, including salaries, overtime, allowances, and deductions.
• Ensure full compliance with Saudi labour law, GOSI requirements, and end-of-service benefit calculations.
• Verify attendance records, timesheets, and leave balances prior to processing.
• Coordinate with the People & Culture department regarding new hires, promotions, and terminations.
• Manage general cashiering activities, including daily cash collections, bank deposits, and petty cash reconciliation.
• Maintain accurate and confidential payroll records and supporting financial documentation.
• Prepare payroll reports and reconciliations for Finance and Management review.
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary financial documentation.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Paymaster, Payroll Officer, or General Cashier within a luxury hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi labour law and GOSI requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with payroll systems or HRIS platforms.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to handle highly confidential information.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience with accounting software and financial reporting tools.
