Payer and Access Integration Sr Manager

Responsibilities

• Own and design the post-Rx customer journey for HCPs, patients, and office staff
• Lead the development of field force training, resources, and assets to support payer pull-through efforts
• Serve as the primary Access point of contact for the field force and Key Account Managers
• Partner with USMA on US pull-through strategy and core material development
• Drive stakeholder alignment and execution across Account Management, Customer Marketing, and Sales
• Manage vendor partners for resource development and MLR review/approval processes
• Oversee payer budget management, including day-to-day tracking and tactical plan development

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required (Master's degree in business or healthcare preferred)
• 6+ years of experience in the U.S. pharmaceutical or healthcare market
• Expertise in US payer dynamics and general market access
• Knowledge of the specialty pharmacy space and prescriber access dynamics
• Proven ability to collaborate across multiple stakeholders to drive results

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in pharmaceutical marketing with specific payer marketing experience
• Previous experience with product launches
• Field experience understanding the unique dynamics faced by Commercial Field Teams
• Strong executive presence and ability to interact with all levels of an organization
• Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of projects simultaneously in a matrixed environment
