Paveway Product Line Director

Responsibilities

• Manage a complex portfolio of Paveway® programs across various life cycles, including development, production, sustainment, and aircraft integration.
• Drive new business bookings and manage new business captures across the team.
• Develop and operationalize strategic roadmaps for the future of the Paveway® product line.
• Establish and monitor program milestones, master plans, and schedules to ensure timely delivery of contractual commitments.
• Manage production line staffing, inventory consumption, and risk mitigation plans.
• Execute current offset projects and partner with Global Offset teams to meet international obligations.
• Maintain key program metrics and manage performance against budgets and schedules.
• Travel domestically and internationally (15-20%) to support program demands and customer relationships.

Requirements

• University Degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 14 years of relevant experience (or an Advanced Degree with 12+ years of experience).
• Proven program leadership or operations leadership experience managing technical, cost, schedule, and requirements.
• Experience in production programs and program capture/proposal processes.
• Experience briefing business executives and senior customer representatives.
• Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance required prior to start.

Preferred Qualifications

• Program Management Level 3 Certification.
• International business experience with Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and Direct Commercial Sales (DCS) contract knowledge.
• Experience with missile production programs.
• Demonstrated success in strategic planning and managing complex program staffing and resources.
• Proven track record of building customer relationships and mentoring teams in a matrixed organization.
