Patrol/Alarm Driver

Responsibilities

• Regular mobile patrols including status checks and closing services
• Operation and monitoring of internal security systems (BMA, EMA, video surveillance)
• Alarm tracking (intervention) and implementation of situational measures for incidents like burglary, damage, or vandalism
• First aid response, fire protection measures, and elevator rescue operations

Requirements

• IHK instruction according to §34a GewO
• Valid Class B driver's license (mandatory)
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays (predominantly night work)
• Good German language skills
• Confident and service-oriented demeanor
