- Prepare and produce high-quality desserts for Restaurant Ikarus and various outlets including Carpe Diem Lounge-Café, Mayday Bar, and the Outdoor Lounge
- Handle the presentation, decoration, and plating of desserts to maintain high culinary standards
- Ensure strict cleanliness and compliance with food safety standards (HACCP)

- Completed training as a chef or pastry chef
- Previous professional experience in fine dining or upscale hospitality
- Excellent product knowledge and strong professional expertise
- Ability to work independently with a high level of responsibility
- Strong team player with flexibility, resilience, and reliability
