About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct inbound and outbound calls to potential and existing patients to explain services and assist with enrollment or scheduling
- Complete short intake forms to accurately collect demographic, eligibility, and clinical information
- Schedule patient appointments based on availability, location, and provider match
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals regarding call volume and conversions
- Document all patient interactions thoroughly and accurately in the company’s EHR system
- Adhere to HIPAA and confidentiality standards when handling sensitive patient information
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward patients and teammates
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in a contact center, customer service, or patient access role
- Full bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (both oral and written) is required
- Ability to handle high-volume calls in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with basic computer applications, such as CRM, scheduling systems, or EHRs
- Strong interpersonal and listening skills with the ability to build trust quickly
- Must be able to work the scheduled hours of 9:30am - 6pm PST
