About the role

Responsibilities

  • Conduct inbound and outbound calls to potential and existing patients to explain services and assist with enrollment or scheduling
  • Complete short intake forms to accurately collect demographic, eligibility, and clinical information
  • Schedule patient appointments based on availability, location, and provider match
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals regarding call volume and conversions
  • Document all patient interactions thoroughly and accurately in the company’s EHR system
  • Adhere to HIPAA and confidentiality standards when handling sensitive patient information
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward patients and teammates

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in a contact center, customer service, or patient access role
  • Full bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (both oral and written) is required
  • Ability to handle high-volume calls in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications, such as CRM, scheduling systems, or EHRs
  • Strong interpersonal and listening skills with the ability to build trust quickly
  • Must be able to work the scheduled hours of 9:30am - 6pm PST
