Patient Success Specialist

Responsibilities

• Review patient intake and medication forms for completeness and accuracy prior to provider review
• Conduct weekly patient check-ins via text, email, and phone to provide encouragement and accountability
• Serve as a primary support contact to answer questions regarding medication experience and treatment expectations
• Monitor patient progress and identify clinical flags or safety concerns to escalate to medical staff
• Document all patient communications and interactions within the CRM (Go High Level) while maintaining HIPAA compliance
• Collaborate with Patient Admin and clinical teams to ensure seamless medication fulfillment and care workflows

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in patient support, health coaching, nursing support, or client success
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Proficiency with CRM systems and digital communication tools
• Ability to discuss sensitive health topics with empathy and professionalism
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in telehealth, digital healthcare, or supporting medical weight loss programs
• Background in nursing, health coaching, or formal patient care support
• Relevant certifications such as RN, LPN, or certified health coach
• Experience using Go High Level or similar CRM platforms
• Experience working in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment
